PURCHASE PROCEDURE

The customer is able to register as a user to log on to the shop per user name and password later. Afterwards, a purchase can be done by using CREDIT CARD or by BANKWIRE transfer. Alternatively (data thrift), the order can be conducted with a guest profile. For this purpose and to prevent misuse of e-mail adresses, an e-mail containing a confirmation link will be send right after the order is completed. The order can not be activated, before the e-mail adress is confirmed by clicking on the confirmation link and being conveyed to mhshop-online-com. This is where the order can be activated. After choosing a product, the customer places a binding order by clicking the button PLACE BINDING ORDER in the shopping basket section. Subsequently, the customer will receive an automatically generated e-mail to the given mail adress.
• MH SHOP – order confirmed: MH Music Holiday GmbH keeps your order reserved for 7 days until your payment is received. Once you have booked and received the booking confirmation email, you will have 7 days to transfer the funds.
After that period, your order will expire and will be automatically canceled. Please use your order ID number and exact data, as listed with ordering a ticket (name, surname, e-mail address).  
Please also be advised, that the costs of bankwire transfer (SWIFT transaction fees, possible issuing and receiving charges, including any intermediary charges) are to be covered by the customer fully. If the costs are not covered, we will ask for completing the order in the amount of bankwire transfer costs or cancelling the order and refunding the money. Thank you for your understanding.
Please be advised, that after the order is placed and confirmed, modifications of existing order are not possible anymore. Therefor it is not possible to change between hard-copy tickets and e-tickets after order is placed, neither are possible changes of payment methods. 
 
• MH SHOP – payment received and order completed:
This e-mail goes for a confirmation, that we received the payment. MH Music Holiday GmbH reserves itself the right, to furthermore contact the customer the, if this becomes necessary regarding his order or if the order can’t be fulfilled. Furthermore, the order confirmation contains a delivery confirmation. As soon as the articles are received by the customer, they become the customer’s property. In case of payment in advance, the order confirmation will be sent right after the charged amount is received.
 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Customers can pay their bills per CREDIT CARD or per BANKWIRE transfer.
BANKWIRE transfer:
An e-mail containing the bill, payment request and order information will be sent. As soon as this payment is done by customer and the money is received, the articles will be sent to the customer postally together with a receipt.

If you transfer cash from outside EU and feel your bank's bankwire fee is too high for you, please use credit card with lower fee instead. Mind, that we will not cover your bankwire fee.

CREDIT CARD:
The payment with Master- and Visacard takes place over the Paymill GmbH

For your payment by credit card we only charge the fee as they are set by our payment provider Paymill. This fee consists of the following:
Per transaction you pay 2,95% of the total sum plus € 0,28 per order.
The payment is done directly after the order is placed, but before the payment is completed, the contract is displayed and sent per e-mail.

CREDIT CARD AND BUS TRIP:
The payment is done directly after the order is placed. In case of a group order for group trips (e.g. bus trip) cash in advance could possibly be a more convenient solution.

CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

The display of products in the online shop does not represent a binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. By feeding his/her information to the website and clicking “Place binding order” the customer places a binding order for the chosen products in the shopping basket. Subsequently, the order acceptance is signalised by visual display of the summarized order as well as a simultaneously sent confirmation e-mail, before the customer either will be conveyed to the credit card payment section or will be shown the bank account information for cash in advance payment. These are also given in the confirmation e-mail, together with terms and conditions, cancellation policy and shipping information. From this point on, the contract is binding for both parties.
 

CANCELLATION AND CANCELLATION PROCEDURE

Our customers are entitled to a 14 days cancellation period. Please pay attention to the Details on cancellation right (Withdrawal Information)
With a valid cancellation, inform us about it on info@mhshop-online.com. By doing so, you can help us to improve our offerings and our customer service. Furthermore, we are able to conclude your cancellation quicker, what benefits you in return. Thank you very much!
ATTENTION: the cancellation right does neither apply to concert and festivals tickets nor to our travel offers, because, due to their state according to BGB section 312g subsection 2 sentence 9, the regulations on distance contracts do not apply here. In case of concert or festival cancellations, please find the concerning regulations below.
 

EVENTS: CANCELLATIONS, MODIFICATIONS, REFUND

MH Music Holiday GmbH only acts as a ticket intermediary between operator and customer and is not responsible for the refund of entrance fees, but will attempt to induce the operator to do so. In case of a refund by MH Music Holiday GmbH the price printed on the ticket will be refunded completely. Other possibly raised fees (advance booking fee, shipping cost) can not be refunded.
 

VALIDITY OF THE OFFER

All prices contain the value added tax. Our prices may change without further notification. The prices are only valid in the MH SHOP and may vary in other shops. As far as there hasn’t been any error, the valid price is the price shown at the point of placing the order in the online shop. MH Music Holiday GmbH reserves itself the right, to adjust the price in case of a contract error due to wrong pricing. In this case, the contract becomes reviewable on behalf of MH Music Holiday GmbH. Of course the pictures in the online shop are symbolic and may differ slightly from the actual product.
 

CLAIMS AND COMPLAINTS

In case of questions, complaints and claims, please address them to the customer service mentioned above. We are always interested in helping you as uncomplicated as possible. Please also pay attention to the following section “Return consignment and costs”:
 

RETURN CONSIGNMENT AND COSTS

In case of a justified claim of the products, you will be refunded for the regular shipping costs for the return consignment. Return consignment that are not prepaid, will not be accepted! Please contact our customer service before returning products - see the beginning of these terms and conditions, where you can find the address for return consignments.
 

RETURN CONSIGNMENT COSTS

In case of a valid cancellation (see also cancellation policy (http://www.mhshop-online.com/Page/21/withdrawal-information) the MH Music Holiday GmbH takes over the regular costs für return consignments, as long as the price of the products does not exceed a value of 40,00 €, and the customer, if not or if the customer has not payed yet.
 

CONTRACT ARCHIVE

The purchase contract between the company and the customer is archived at the MH Music Holiday GmbH store office and can be at any time delivered to the customer upon his request.
 

CLOSING PROVISIONS

Despite all accuracy, it is possible that small mistakes happen. We constantly apply ourselves to improve our offers and to keep our discharge of information obligation updated and improved. Consumer protection and fair competition are very important to us. If you, as a competitor or customer, find any wrong or missing information in this terms and conditions or in any other place in this shop, we ask you to contact us directly, so we can take care of this issue and solve it immediately - just as we would do for our competitors. Please use your order ID number and exact data, as listed with ordering a ticket (name, surname, e-mail address).

Receipt of payment confirmation

For 'Festival Coach trips' you will receive the payment confirmation and "Order Finalized" e-mail, that serves as a bus ticket. Please print the ticket and bring it to the bus with you.

"One-way" bookings

Some fans will only require a 'one way' ride, rather than a round trip journey. These are not available via the booking system, instead carried out on request if the seats are available. Prices for "one-way" trips are similar to a round trip, depending on the intended departure point. These will be given on request.

Prices

a) The festival coach trip is the complete round trip journey. The festival coach trip can also be individually purchased without a festival ticket.

b) The festival ticket is not included in the coach trip price, however they can be ordered in addition or separately!

c) The relevant prices on the product pages for festival coach trip and festival tickets are always the current retail prices including VAT. Surcharges include only shipping costs, which are reported separately.

Replacement passenger (name change)

Are you or one of your company unable to attend? If you have found another passenger ready to take the place then simply write us a short email to coachtrip@mh-travel.com and list the details of the person unable to attend and the full name of the new passenger. 

Information (news, changes etc..)
After receipt of funds you will receive periodic emails about the coach and your selected festival. We ask, therefore, that you check your emails at least once a week.

Travel Documents

The final travel documents with important information regarding our journey together will be sent no later than 14 days prior to departure by email. In some rare cases, you may receive the travel documents later if we do not have all the information available. We ask for your understanding and refrain from questions in this regard.

Cancellation 

You can cancel your journey with us at anytime without a reason needed. If you wish to cancel a bus trip, please contact our bus trip info e-mail:  coachtrip@mh-travel.comHowever as we have already started processing the booking, an amount of the payment will be retained. These amounts are as follows. If the withdrawal happens:

  • 46 days before departure – 10% of the total price.

  • 45 to 30 days before departure – 15% of the total price.       

  • 29 to 15 days before departure – 30% of the total price.

  • 14 to 7 days before departure – 50% of the total price.

  • 6 days before departure – 70% of the total price.

  • less than 6 days – 100% of the total price.

  • non-arrival (no show) – 100% of the total price will be charged.

Please note: The total tour price is for the "Festival coaches' ​and not on the" festival tickets ".

Coach Departure times / venues 

a) The preliminary schedules / meeting points can be found published on the shop site and in the future on www.mh-travel.com. These may vary depending on the departure city. The final departure times /venues will be noted in the travel document that you will receive via email about two weeks prior to departure.
b) At the respective venues, all riders must be present at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time, so there are no delays. Depending on the departure city and traffic, the coach may arrive later than scheduled. Departure will not be before the scheduled departure time, unless all riders are present.

Damages 

Each passenger is responsible for keeping their seat and surrounding area clean and tidy. Any damages to the coach will be charged to the offender. Each passenger will sign a statement regarding this cautioning. We ask for your help, your attention and your understanding. Party yes, but please with respect for the driver, vehicle and your fellow passengers!

Luggage

As luggage space is limited on the coach, the luggage per passenger is limited:

  • 1 large bag (hight + width + depth = 170 cm maximum)

  • 1 small bag / backpack/ luggage (hight + width + depth = 100 cm maximum)

  • 1 tent (whether large or small, folded in tent bag)

  • 1 sleeping bag (rolled)

  • 1 mattress (rolled)

  • 1 folding chair

  • 1 folding table (for reservations of 2+ people! You must register it if you want to bring one!)

  • 1 Pavilion (for reservations 3+ people! This needs to be registered!)

  • X beverages (beer / water / ..), food, other small items = only in limited numbers for immediate consumption (see below)!

 

ATTENTION! Only food and beverages, which are needed for immediate consumption during the outward journey, are allowed. We do NOT allow beer cases etc. on-board. Locally, there are enough supermarkets, where you can purchase cheap food, so that it doesn't have to be dragged across half of Europe! If you need to take additional baggage please report this as EXTRA. Simply send an email to coachtrip@mh-travel.com!

Drinks/food 

We do allow beverages on-board the coach, however we do not have space for dozens of pallets of beer. 

Breaks 

Whilst travelling, there will be regular rest stops for a break of fresh air and for any smokers on board. These usually take place on Motorway service stations/parking. During stops at the departure points, it may not always be possible to get off the coach as the journey will quickly resume once all passengers are accounted for.

ID

Each passenger is commited to bring his/her valid ID or passport. In some cases it may be necessary to display the ID at border controls or by officials at your travel destination. In addition please read the following information regarding Identity card law for the relevant country:
